Volleyball Enland U18 Women & U19 Men's Beach Championships

Volleyball England cordially invites you to participate in the Volleyball England U18 Women’s and U19 Men’s Beach Championships. The aim of the competition is encouraging players of all abilities to get involved with beach competition nationwide.

Date: Friday 31st August 2007
Venue: NIvea Sun Yellowave, Brighton

Entry Form
Entry includes an event tshirt for playing - teams should wear matching bottoms.
Entry deadline Monday 20th August.

Current Entries

Competition Format

Each competition will be played on one court.  As such there is a limit to the number of entries to ensure maximum playing time.  Final entry numbers will be determined by other competition entry numbers.

The format of the competition will be determined by the number of entries – round robin or pool based.  Teams will be advised at least one week prior to the competition.

Both competitions are open entry on a first come first served basis.  This is not regionally based therefore players are not restricted to their pairings geographically.

In the U18 Girls competition players must be U18 on 1st September 2006.
In the U19 Men’s competition players must be U19 on 1st September 2006.

Entry cost £10 per team

On the Day

Please report to the Tournament Registration Desk between 9am and 9:15am.  The Tournament will start at 10am and finish about 6pm.   Please note that you will be expected to referee games within your age group when you are not playing. Please make yourself acquainted with the rules and regulations of the competition.

The facilities include a commentator and 300 free seats for spectators.
