Competitions Offered: 2-a-side Men & Women OPEN 2 divisions – 2 days
Cost: £20 per team
Entry Deadline: Entries and payment must be received via the Volleyball England website by no later than 11th August 2008
Entries: There shall be no limit to the number of teams entering. Teams shall be seeded in accordance with the VEBT seeding system. We plan to have 2 divisions, please indicate your preference upon entering. Wild Cards may apply at the discretion of the Beach Commission and the Tournament Organisers.
Rules and Format: The competition will be run under Volleyball England and FIVB regulations. The tournament format will be determined based on the number of teams entered.
Insurance: The event will be registered and insured with Volleyball England.
Start Times Day 1:
Registration at 9.30am.
Compulsory technical meeting at 9.50am.
Play begins at 10.00am.
Day 2:

Getting to South Shore, Bridlington
By Car:
- Take M62 towards Hull
- At junction 37, take the A63 exit to York/Howden/Bridlington/A614
- Go through 4 roundabouts
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit and stay on A614
- Go through 4 roundabouts
- Turn right at Bridlington Bay Road
- Continue straight onto Moor Lane
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A165/Kingsgate
- Turn right toward 5th Ave
- South Shore Campsite is on the left
Parking is available at: Parking is available on the South Cliff campsite and there is a pay and display car park near the tournament beach (see map reference A on Map 2 below).

Food and Drink
Places to Eat and Drink:
South Cliff has a fast food outlet and beach cafe.
If you go back to the main A165 and head towards Bridlington for ½ mile, you will find Broadacres which does a good carvery.

Tournament Party: An informal tournament party will be held on Saturday 23rd June in Maki’s Nightclub. Maki’s is next to the South Cliff campsite.
