Regional Champions Trophy Competition Rules
This year sees the initiation of a new competition - the Regional Champions Trophy. The competition will bring together the winners of the 9 regional leagues/competitions.
The Regional Champions Trophy will take place in conjunction with the Annual Dinner and Big Bash at Kettering Conference Centre on 17 & 18 May, combining to create a weekend of development and celebration for players, coaches, referees, volunteers and clubs.
The aim is to drive competition at regional level, to stimulate the alignment of regional competition and reward those teams who have performed well throughout the season in a national playoff.
Where regions do not have a regional league, they are being encouraged you to form one to ensure that players have access to a complete player pathway. In the short term where regions do not have regional leagues we have liaised with them to ensure that a champion can be identified from the Regional Championships or tournaments operating in the region.
