The Student Cup is the biggest indoor student volleyball competition for higher education institutions run by Volleyball England. All affiliated universities and colleges offering credited rated courses are eligible for entry. North and south qualifying rounds take place in November with teams qualifying through to the Student Cup Finals held in February.
The U15 National Championships offers competition to all affiliated schools and clubs with junior sections. The opening rounds are based divisionally with teams from 2 or 3 regions competing within each tournament for the 2 qualifying positions through to the Finals at Worcester Grammar School in March. Over the years the U15 Championship has proved to be one of great sportsmanship and with many of the top players already part of Regional Development training, a high standard of junior volleyball.

This event is the culmination of a season of preparation based around the Regional Talent Development Programme (RTDP), under which Region-based training camps take place on the monthly weekends that correspond with National Squads Training. In this manner those talented young volleyball players who have not been selected to attend either Cadet or Juniors camps at National Level still have a tier of representative volleyball to play at, other than the National competitions for their club or school teams. The boy’s tournament is played at U15 & U17 age groups with 2005 tournament seeing a change for the girls to U14 & U16 age groups. Results |

The annual County & Area Cup competition has been disbanded due to a change in focus of Volleyball to the clubs in the past decade and diminishing entries. In its place is a new and exciting competition –the Regional Champions Trophy.
This will bring together the winners of the 9 regional leagues (or championships). The tournament will take place on Saturday 17th May 2008 and it is hoped this will be in conjunction with the Volleyball England Annual Dinner and Big Bash. Rules are being drafted at present and further information will be made available to the regions and on the Volleyball England website in the coming months.
