Venues

For the 2009-10 season all 4 tournaments will be held at central venues as above.

For future year's competition the tournaments will be hosted as central venue events by Sitting Volleyball Centres with a likely north-south divide.

Rules

Competition Format

• All sets will be played to 25 points (by 2 clear points)
• 3 points will be awarded for each set won
• The number of sets per match will be determined by the number of entries and confirmed to teams at least 1 week prior to each tournament
• Bonus Points - 1 bonus point will be awarded for each disabled athlete eligible to play for Great Britain (as per the WOVD classification) who start a match and is not substituted throughout the match unless being replaced by another disabled athlete.
• Tournament points will be the addition of sets won and bonus points.
• League points will be awarded as follows for each tournament
  1st - 12 points
  2nd - 10 points
  3rd - 8 points
  4th - 7 points
  5th - 6 points
  6th - 5 points
  7th - 4 points
  8th - 3 points
  9th - 2 points
  10th - 1 point

Entry

• The competition is open to all official Sitting Volleyball Centres.  Additionally 1 space is available to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales for each competition.
• Each Centre can enter one team per tournament.
• Wild card teams may enter at discretion of the Competition Commission.
• A Team List must be submitted to Matt Rogers at least 10 days prior to each tournament.

Playing Format

• Mixed
• Maximum 12 players per squad per tournament
