The Women's 3 Playoffs take place between the 2nd placed teams in the 3 Division 3 leagues. Due to Loughborough Students 2 withdrawing from the NVL next season the winner of this playoff will be entered into Division 2 next season without needing to play off against 9th place in Division 2.
