The English Volleyball Association’s National Talent Development Programme was developed with the following aims in mind to produce an evolving pathway for talented young Volleyball players to fulfil their potential.
Visit the National Talent Development Programme section for further information.

The National Talent Development Programme is composed in a large part by Regional Squads at two age groupings for both girls and boys. Following the philosophy outlined for the National Talent Development Programme, the regional training sessions are aimed at developing a large number of players across the country who have been identified as having talent and potential to develop as Volleyball players. At the end of every season there is a competitive outlet for the regions: the Inter-Regional Championships, where around 200 young players come together to play representative Volleyball over three days.
