Team UK take Invictus silver

Team UK have won the silver medal in the sitting volleyball at the Invictus Games.

After defeating Denmark in last night's semi-final, the UK team were back on court just a few hours later to face Georgia in the final. Coached by British sitting volleyball coach Richard Osborne, the Georgians proved to just have too much quality, winning 2-0 in straight sets (25-15 and 25-17).

Team UK sitting volleyball coach Charlie Walker had said the team hoped to be in the chance of a medal and this year's success is a repeat of last year's games when the team also won the silver medal. It keeps up Team UK's remarkable record of making every sitting volleyball final at all three of the Invictus Games that have been held.
