Senior women's head coach role open to applications

The top job in women’s volleyball in this country is available, as Volleyball England today opened applications for the role of Head Coach of the senior women’s national squad.

The volunteer role works on a contract basis and is up for re-appointment. Applications are open until 9am on Monday 20th August 2018, with interviews set to take place in September 2018.

As well as taking charge of the senior women’s team, the Head Coach will play a key role in developing an athlete centred performance development programme for all aspirational English senior female volleyball players. This will include developing relationships with staff throughout the England Talent Pathway, the Technical and Talent Sub Group and other partners.

Further information about the role, including the full job description and application form, is available on the job vacancies page.

The appointment of the senior women’s Head Coach is part of a process which sees many roles in the England Talent Pathway up for re-appointment including cadet and junior squads. Applications for these roles will be open over the coming months.
