Cup and Shield Semi Finals: All the info as teams compete for place at Cup Finals

Four will become two this weekend as National Cup and Shield semi-finalists do battle for a place at this year's Cup Finals.

University of Nottingham and Essex Rebels will bid to make their first ever final in the Men's National Cup against Malory Eagles and IBB Polonia London respectively. In the women's competition, Team SideOut Polonia and Super League leaders Durham Palatinates will be looking to force a repeat of last year's Cup Final, as they go up against London Inter Orcas and Malory Eagles.

Sussex Volleyball League outfit Worthing will be looking to cause an upset against NVL Division 2 South side Cambridge ARU in the Men's side of the National Shield, whilst London Premier League's Team SideOut will be out to do the same against NVL Division 1's Bristol in the Women's bracket.

Coventry & Warwick Riga and Black Country, level on points in NVL Division 1, face off in the second Semi Final in the Men's Shield and Stockport will take on The Miners Doncaster to decide the Women's line up.
