Role vacancy: National Coach Developer

​Volleyball England is seeking is a lead partner in transforming coach learning and development across all volleyball disciplines as a National Coach Developer.

The focus areas for this role include helping coaches learn and develop, supporting coaches on the job, and assessing coaches’ performance. 

The National Coach Developer will develop strategies, programs, and resources to embed the Volleyball England philosophy and approach utilising: 

• The Volleyball England Fundamentals Framework. 
• A game-based approach.  
• The STEP model. 
• Play Their Way.
