New club guidance and resources through Club Matters

The focus is on free, bite-sized information across a range of topics, including: 

• Governance 
• Financial management 
• Welfare and safeguarding 
• Plannning for your future 
• Facility development 
• Participant development 
• Volunteer development 
• Environmental sustainability 
• Equality, diversity and inclusion  

 Along with online content, videos, animations and case studies, Club Matters offers free regular workshop opportunities to aid development. 

 Volleyball England will work alongside Club Matters over the coming years to ensure coaches, referees, clubs and volunteers have the knowledge and confidence to continue delivering safe and enjoyable activities.  

Club Matters is a lottery funded programme that provides guidance, training and information to grassroots clubs and the professional workforce that support them.  

Volleyball England has just begun a two-year project alongside the Club Matters team that seeks to better understand the need of member clubs by collaborating with them to produce informed insight.
