England's U20 Beach Euros squad named

Both the men and women’s teams will have to come through a Second Round Qualifier on 2nd September at the same venue if they are to take a place in the Main Draw. 

Eight teams will progress to the Main Draw, running from 3rd September to 6th September 2026.

The men will take on teams from the likes of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Israel, Moldova, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain and Italy in a bid to secure their spot.  

The women could also face the likes of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Lithuania, Moldova, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Italy. 

"Congratulations to the athletes chosen to represent England at the U20 European Beach Volleyball Championships in Italy," said Performance Director, Kirk Pitman. 

"NEVZA was the first step, Europe is the next. Our aim is simple: compete with Europe’s best, learn from the top level and continue raising the standard for English beach volleyball."
