How to register your event
To register your event, follow these steps:
1) Complete the online form here. We will ask for links to your event information page, Risk Assessment and safeguarding procedures.
2) Once received, we will register your event on the Volleyball England website.
3) Contact membership@volleyballengland.org for any further guidance or questions related to your event.
Volleyball England will try to upload the event as soon as possible, but note there is a manual process to do this so please allow three to five working days for upload.
Further notes
Mandatory requirements for event to be posted include:
1) Risk Assessment
2) Safeguarding Procedures
3) You are an affiliation Club or Association to Volleyball England
If there are non-affiliated clubs participating in your event, it is recommended you ask for a copy of their insurance to show they are suitably covered.
If there is anything missing from your event registration, Volleyball England will contact you directly, but this will delay your event being registered.
