Sitting Volleyball Skills Challenge
Embrace your competitive side by taking on the Sitting Volleyball Month Skills Challenge.
Throughout March 2022, leading sitting volleyball coach Richard Osborne threw down tricky challenges based on key elements of the game, such as the dig shot or quick reaction times, as part of Sitting Volleyball Month.
Each was backed up by a demonstration video from the Head Coach of the UK’s Invictus Games Sitting Volleyball Team to guide participants through as well as a scoresheet to tally up points. Ideal for existing players wanting to sharpen their skills during volleyball or sitting volleyball warm-ups as well as newcomers wanting to try something new.
High scores were tallied up each week and published on a national leaderboard with the winner being crowned the Sitting Volleyball Skills Challenge Champion!
Competitive, fun, and a taster of what this incredible sport can offer. And as each challenge will take just 30 seconds to complete and require little more than a ball, easy to get going too.
Check out the top 10 scores on our national leaderboard here.
