Beach camps provider Fireball agrees partnership with Volleyball England
Based in North Devon, Fireball has been offering a series of beach volleyball-based holiday camps since 2022.
Young people who attend the camps get daily beach volleyball training and competitions with expert coaches, led by England coach and senior player Sam Dunbavin.

Alongside the volleyball, activities like surfing, coasteering, ring-riding, kayaking, canoeing and (new for 2026) climbing, ensuring a fun and action-packed adventure is assured on a daily basis.
In the evening, attention turns to film nights, taskmaster challenges, board game evenings and an awards evening – and the Easter camp has a bonfire, marshmallow night and the chance to go bowling.
Campers regularly make friends that they stay in touch with, meeting up at beach and indoor volleyball events across the country.
Three beach camps are already in place for 2026, with the first of them, the Easter Junior Camp running from 3rd to 6th April.
Two Summer Junior Camps will follow from 15th to 21st August (10 to 16-years-olds) and 22nd to 28th August (14-to 20-years-olds).
You can secure £30 off if you book before the end of November using the discount code FIREBALLXVE.

“We are so excited to launch this partnership with Volleyball England,” said Fireball’s founder Dunbavin. “Our beach camps are truly transformational immersive experiences for young people and we would love to welcome even more young people to North Devon for what I can promise will be an unforgettable week of fun!
“2026 will be the fifth year of our beach camps and perhaps the most rewarding thing each year has been seeing the young people come back, year on year, seeing the friends they made from the year before and getting to spend a week doing what they love.
“When I designed these camps, I wanted to create the camp that I would have loved to go on when I was in my teens. We treat the young players like athletes every day, and they love that and improve so much throughout the camp.”
Included in the full camp package is the opportunity for young people to stay in St George’s House, an outdoor bounds centre hired exclusively for Fireball’s use.

The centre boasts a range of facilities such as table tennis, pool, table football, a grass volleyball court, bouldering wall, an assault course and lots more.
Dormitory accommodation is provided with full board catering and breakfast, lunch and dinner provided by Fireball’s in-house chef.
A ‘just play’ package that gives access to all the activities but not the food or accommodation.
All staff are DBS checked and fully trained, while extensive safeguarding policies are in place to keep the young people safe.

Rob Payne, Volleyball England’s Strategic Manager for An Ace Service believes the Fireball camps will offer a great opportunity for some of those playing in U15 Junior Grand Prix competitions this season.
He added: “We are delighted to announce our partnership with Fireball Beach Volleyball, who have created outstanding opportunities for young people to experience beach volleyball and develop their skills.
“We look forward to welcoming them to our U15 Junior Grand Prix events this season.”
