Selections confirmed for U20 and U19 international events
Representing England at the U20s event, which will be held in Riga from 17th to 20th August, will be Isabelle Tucker and Lisa Canevari (women) and Enrique Bello and Jake Sanders (men).
Reserves are Maia Darling and Daisy Boardman (women) and Stuart Perry and Oliver Tuck (men).
Selection was based on athletes’ prior experiences from a national or international level, including CEV and NEVZA events, current FIVB/CEV entry ranking points, commitment levels in the previous six months, as well as long-term commitment plans, and current UKBT performance.
Women chosen for the U19 tournament in Cardiff on 29th and 30th July are Molly Quinn and Katie Tuohey (pair one) and Elisa Jarmon and Charlotte Levich (pair two). The reserve is Eve Nelson.
Men selected are Josh Sturland and Stuart Perry (pair one) and Dylan Parsons and Lewis Bunton (pair two). The reserve is Maksymilian Makowski.
Selection was based on potential to compete in the U18s CEV European Championships 2024, commitment levels in the previous six months, as well as long-term commitment plans, and current UKBT performance.
