Clubs can book a VolleyZone how-to one-to-one session

Clubs can book a VolleyZone how-to one-to-one session

Clubs wanting to get the most out of the VolleyZone system now have the opportunity to arrange one-to-one how-to sessions.

Individual 15-minute online slots will be available to book with hub staff by emailing a request to volleyzone@volleyballengland.org.

A limited number of slots will initially be available to gauge interest and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

During the calls, clubs can request specific help, ask advice on how to best use the functionality available and troubleshoot any issues they may have.

VolleyZone users are also reminded they can seek assistance without going on a one-to-one session via the FAQs section on the website or via a series of explanatory video guides on the website and YouTube.

Any user still struggling after consulting these aids can email a query to volleyzone@volleyballengland.org.

Meanwhile, work is continuing to develop the functionality and scope of the new VolleyZone on an ongoing basis following its initial launch in June.

While we recognise there is still improvements to be made in terms of the usability of VolleyZone and some of the terminology used on it, our first aim was to ensure that the system was functioning for the start of the 2023-24 season,” said Volleyball England’s Chief Executive Officer, Charlie Ford.

“Now that we have reached that point, thanks to a significant collaborative effort from a number of parties, we will now continue to develop and refine the system so that it fully meets the needs of the volleyball community and Volleyball England hub staff.

“Some counties and regions outside of the NVL are already using VolleyZone to help their administration processes and we hope that number will grow as we move forward, adding to the inter-connectivity across the country.

“In the meantime, as detailed, we are keen to further educate and support Clubs and members to increase their understanding of how to use VolleyZone and what it can do for them.”
