Student Cup now open for entries

The Student Cup 2019/20 is now open for teams to enter.

One of the most popular and enduring competitions in the calendar, the Student Cup is one of the highlights of the year for student volleyballers. It will be played in its traditional fun format with just two rounds between each team and cup glory.

Round one consists of 7 qualifying events, with each consisting of a day's play in a round robin format. Each team which enters the Cup will get a day's play on the weekend in one of the qualifying rounds. There will be several matches in a round robin format and the winning teams will progress to the Student Cup Finals weekend. That's a brilliant finale which sees 14 teams battle it out for the top honour over two days.

Teams need to enter using VolleyZone and there is a tutorial video which shows everything you need to do.

The Student Cup is a special competition with the qualifying rounds played by many novice teams with a real emphasis on fun, but it's a prestigious competition too. Some of the best players, including England internationals and Olympians, have competed in the long-standing cup competition.
