1st Class Protection sponsors English beach athletes' kit
10th September 2020
Volleyball England has partnered with London-based security company 1st Class Protection to supply new long-sleeve training tops to our beach athletes for the U18 and U22 European Beach Championships in Izmir, Turkey.
Founded in 2004, 1st Class Protection delivers bespoke security solutions to clients across the capital, ensuring it is a safe place to live and work.
One of the organisation’s key objectives is to create positive and enriching environments, and it’s doing exactly that by supporting some of England’s most talented beach volleyball athletes at these major age-group championships in September.
The U18 Championships begin on 16th September and will run until finals day on 20th September. Following only a few days after, the U22 Championships are scheduled for 23rd-27th September and will also be based in Pamucak Park on the shores of the Aegean Sea.
Re'em Rotem, Operations Director at 1st Class Protection, said: “The team at 1st Class Protection are so excited to be sponsoring the U18 and U22 England Beach Volleyball teams as they battle it out at this year's European Championships.
“We wish all competitors the best of luck – we will be cheering all the way. Come on England!"
Sam Jamieson, Deputy Chief Executive of Volleyball England, said: “I want to say a huge thank you to 1st Class Protection for their generous support.
“I know the athletes have been eagerly awaiting the return of international competitions, and what a great way to mark the occasion by supplying them with fresh England training tops.”
