Volleyball England launches recruitment for 3 Project Leads
1st April 2021
Volleyball England, the sports body for volleyball, beach volleyball and sitting volleyball, is recruiting three new Project Leads to help deliver the organisation’s ambitious 10-year strategy, The Game Plan.
Each post will align to one of three key work areas: clubs and memberships; workforce development; or the national team pathway and the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
Placing members at the heart of what they do, the Project Leads will deliver and report on a wide range of projects, all of which contribute towards the growth and improvement of the three disciplines of volleyball in England.
Work will be based out of Volleyball England’s offices at SportPark, Loughborough University, but will also include travel.
The roles are ideal for hardworking graduates with a keen interest in the sector as well as sports administrators with experience who want to further their career.
And now is an exciting time to join Volleyball England’s vibrant Hub team. Our ambitious new strategy has given us a clear direction forward, volleyball activity is returning after a period of downtime, and beach volleyball will feature at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham next year. Three examples from the multitude of projects we are currently working on.
Read the Project Lead job description for further detail. Please note that while the membership and workforce Project Lead posts are permanent, the national team pathway vacancy is fixed term until September 2022.
