Sitting Grand Prix 2 review Bucks remain the team in form
The Sitting Bucks picked up exactly where they left off in Round 1, strong, structured, and consistent throughout the day. They opened their campaign with a confident 2–0 win over Help 4 Heroes B, immediately setting the tone for what would be another dominant performance.
In the semi-final, the Bucks faced a determined Lincoln Imps side who had impressed earlier in the day. However, the Bucks’ composure and control proved decisive once again as they powered through 2–0 (25–13, 25–13) to book their place in the final.

Their last challenge came against Help 4 Heroes A, a team that had been steadily building momentum through the rounds. The Bucks remained calm under pressure, closing out the match 2–0 (25–21, 25–19) to claim the second Grand Prix and extend their lead at the top of the Grand Prix standings.
With another clean sweep and no sets dropped, the Bucks continue to look like the team to beat and are firmly on course for another Sitting Grand Prix final golden ticket.
Help 4 Heroes A produced another strong showing on Remembrance Sunday, reaffirming their credentials as serious contenders following last year's silver medal finish. They opened with a composed 2–0 victory over the Panthers, before moving on to face South Hants, who had earlier overcome Nottingham Casualties.

Their semi-final against South Hants was one of the day’s standout matches. Both teams traded points and sets in a closely fought contest, but H4H A found another gear in the decider to take it 2–1 (25–22, 22–25, 15–7) and secure their place in the final.
Although they could not quite match the Bucks in the gold medal match, H4H A’s performances throughout the day showed real consistency and depth. They will no doubt be aiming to go one better in Round 3 as they continue their push for the top of the standings.
South Hants, meanwhile, continue to show strong form. Having reached the semi-finals and pushing H4H A all the way, they recovered well to take a hard-fought 2–1 (25–20, 20–25, 15–11) victory over the Lincoln Imps in the bronze medal match. After missing out on last season’s final, Hants look eager to return this year.
The Lincoln Imps can also take plenty of positives from Round 2. They started with an impressive 2–0 (25–22, 25–20) win over Salisbury Spitfires, before meeting the Bucks in the semi-final. Despite the loss, the Imps showed grit and determination throughout the day, narrowly missing out on third place after a close battle with South Hants.

Nottingham Casualties claimed fifth spot after a tight 2–1 (25–13, 15–25, 15–11) win against the Salisbury Spitfires, while Help 4 Heroes B ended their campaign on a high with a strong 2–0 (25–18, 25–14) win over the Panthers, securing seventh place.
