It sets in motion qualification for the Last 6 competition and, ultimately, Cup Finals, after U14 and U15 Tier 2 4v4 matches have been staged in the lead-up to Christmas to help teams prepare.
The boys' section had 17 teams competing across five pools.
Pool A was hosted by Urmston Grammar, which featured four teams in a best of three format.
Urmston Grammar dominated the pool, winning all of their three matches 2-0 to finish top with eight Grand Prix points.
Leeds Gorse Orange followed closely behind, having lost to the winners 25-6, 25-17, but showing grit and determination to win their other two matches 2-0.
The Yorkshire club beat Newcastle Staffs 25-16, 25-17, resulting in the latter finishing in third place with four Grand Prix Points after their win against Stockport.
Stockport ended the day finishing in a respectable fourth place after some tough competition, losing to the Staffs in a close second set, 25-22.
Pool B was hosted by South Hants, with only three teams, including Richmond A and Winchester Eagles.
Richmond A won both of their matches comfortably, winning 2-0 in both, to claim top spot in Pool B.
The decider between second and third place was between hosts, South Hants, who lost 25-9, 25-15 to Richmond A, and Winchester Eagles who were defeated 25-9, 25-16 by the Londoners.
After a close match, the hosts claimed a 2-1 victory depsite losing the first set 27-25, hitting back to take the next two 25-12, 15-11, resulting in six Grand Prix Points.
Pool C followed a similar format, with South Hants hosting three teams again.
However, unlike Pool B, Wessex got the better of Richmond's representation, their B team, to lead the way, beating their rivals 25-15, 25-12.
After that defeat, Richmond B bounced back to see off to beat Weymouth 2-0, 25-15 in both games.
Weymouth finished in third place following tough matches against Wessex and Weymouth, but still claimed four Grand Prix Points for their team.
Pool D went back to the four team format, with hosts AST Academy finishing iheafing up the pack, altough it wasn't smooth sailing in all their matches.
They beat second place finishers, London Giants, 25-15, 25-21, but were pushed hard by London Lynx, going to three sets before coming through 25-15, 25-23, 15-5.
Whilst losing to the winners, London Giants claimed six Grand Prix Points following straight sets victories over London Lynx and Nottingham Rockets 2-0.
After their narrow defeat to AST, London Lynx were also unfortunate to be on the wrong end of the scoreline against Giants (25-15, 29-27).
They did, however, finish third after defeating fourth -placed Nottingham Rockets 25-20, 25-20.
Lastly for the boys, Pool E featured three teams and was hosted by The Boswells School, who cruised through their two matches 2-0 to finish top of the table.
Team Sideout finished second after following their 25-12, 25-13 defeat to Boswells by digging deep to beat Wapping Wildcats 25-16, 25-20, winning six Grand Prix Points for their team.

The girls' section saw 30 teams split between eight pools.
Pool A was hosted and won by South Bucks who cruised through to clinch all three of their matches 2-0 and claim eight Grand Prix Points.
VBDC finished second after losing 2-0 to the pool winners, but then overcoming Richmond C and South Bucks B 2-0.
Despite losing to both, Richmond C ran South Bucks A and VBDC close, and managed tregister victory against fourth placed, South Bucks B, 25-17, 25-12 to secure a third place finish.
Pool B featured three teams, made up of Richmond A, Weymouth and Winchester Eagles, and was hosted by South Hants.
Richmond A won both of their matches 2-0, including an emphatic 25-4, 25-2 success over Winchester Eagles.
Weymouth finished second after losing 25-13, 25-7 to the London team bu then defeating Winchester Eagles 25-4, 25-17, resulting in six Grand Prix Points.
Pool C was also hosted by South Hants, but made up of four teams.
Malory Eagles won their three matches to claim top position, but needed all three sets to see off Royal Wootton Bassett after losing the first set 25-18.
South Hants followed closely behind after losing 25-18, 25-22 to the table toppers, but managing to beat Richmond B and Royal Wootton Bassett 2-0 to end in second place.
After two defeats, Richmond B and Royal Wootton Bassett, fought hard before the former came through 25-22, 25-15, to finish with four Grand Prix Points.
AST Academy hosted Pool D, with MK City A storming through their matches, winning all threein straight sets.
Wapping Wildcats lost to MK City A 25-12, 26-24, but beat AST Academy and MK City B 2-0 to secure their second place finish.
Hosts AST Academy fell short to the top two teams, but beat fourth place finishers, MK City B 25-20, 25-20, to end with four Grand Prix Points.
Despite finishing fourth, MK City B were extremely competitive, losing 25-20, 25-20 to both MK City A and AST Academy.
Pool E saw some close matches and results, with all four teams winning and losingf at least once resulting in finishing positions being based on 'sets for' and 'points for'.
The Boswells School won two matches against MGGS and Sevenoaks School 2-0, but fell short to Team Sideout, losing 2-1, 15-13 in the final set.
Team Sideout also won two matches, beating The Boswells School and Sevenoaks School, but lost 2-0 to MMGS.
Wioth the top tow level on points, The Boswells School claiming the top position thanks to a superior set difference (3 to 1).
Sevenoaks School lost out to the top two teams, before going on to beat MMGS 25-13, 26-24.
But MGGS' earlier victory against Team Sideout saw them finish level on points with the Kent team, only finishing fourth because of an inferior points difference after the two sides had the same set difference.
Pool F was hosted by Urmston Grammar, who used home court advantage to full effect, winning all their matches to end with eight Grand Prix Points.

Newcastle Staffs B lost to the top finishing teams, but came up trumps against Stockport, triumphing 2-0 in a close match, 25-20, 25-22, resulting in a third place finish for the Potteries side and fourth for tjheir opponents.
Pool G was hosted by Ashfield Vipers, who, like Urmston Grammar, were comfortable on their home court to lead the standings.
Nottingham Rockets fell short against the winners, and narrowly lost to ENVC 2-1, going to 15-11 in the final set, but defeated Hull Thunder 2-0.
ENVC won one match against Nottingham Rockets, but lost to Hull Thunder 2-1 and the hosts.
Hull Thunder defeated ENVC 2-1 in a close match, with finishing positions for the three teams coming down to 'sets for' and 'sets against'/
As a result, Hull Thunder finishing fourth, ENVC finishing third, and Nottingham Rockets finishing second.
Lastly in the girls' section, Pool H featured three teams, with the Staffs hosting.
Newcastle Staffs A finished top of the table, defeating their C team 2-0, and Birmingham Five Ways 25-3, 25-0.
Newcastle Staffs C came second after losing their first match, but beatin an improved Five Ways 25-14, 25-11.
