New Disciplinary Outcomes page introduced to Volleyball England website

New Disciplinary Outcomes page introduced to Volleyball England website

Volleyball England has introduced a Disciplinary Outcomes page on its website where it will publish details of cases involving Super League and NVL players and clubs.

Its introduction is designed to help maintain the highest standards of conduct, integrity, and safety across all levels of the sport and is in accordance with the organisation's Disciplinary and National Volleyball League Framework.

The publication of disciplinary outcomes supports transparency, accountability and confidence in Volleyball England’s processes.

Each case is considered by an appropriately constituted Disciplinary Panel, which reviews the evidence presented and reaches decisions based on the balance of probabilities and the applicable regulations.

Disciplinary outcomes may relate to breaches of the Volleyball England Code of Conduct, NVL Rules and Regulations, Anti-Doping Rules, or other regulatory provisions.

All respondents retain the right to appeal decisions in accordance with the Volleyball England Appeals Regulations.

Published outcomes reflect decisions at the point they are finalised, or once any appeal process has been concluded.

The page can be found under the ‘Competitions’ and then ‘Volleyball’ tabs from the main navigation menu. Click here to view it.
