VolleyZone migration update (Tuesday 4th July)

System developers SportLoMo and hub staff have worked hard to address initial challenges with the data migration and are currently working through some existing anomalies often associated with digital transformations of this kind. 

Individual members 

The vast majority of individual members have now received their activation emails enabling them to log-in to the new system. 

If you are a member and have still not received such a notification, please email volleyzone@volleyballengland.org so this can be addressed. 

Instructions on how to activate your new VolleyZone account can be found in the frequently asked questions, and you can also consult the video guides for guidance. 

Club affiliations 

Club affiliations can now also be completed, with emails on how to sign-up having gone to the main club contact. 

Those clubs who have not yet affiliated are encouraged to do so as soon as possible to aid the transition to the new system ahead of the 2023-24 season. 

If you need club activation details sending to an alternative contact, please email volleyzone@volleyballengland.org to facilitate this. 

Competitions 

Entries for the National Volleyball League (NVL), as well as the National Cup and National Shield are now being invited through VolleyZone. 

Instructions on how to do so have been emailed to the main club contacts, with a deadline of Monday 10th July for entries. A video explaining this process can be found here. 

Similarly, entries are now open for Junior Competitions at both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 level.

Anyone entering a new team for the first time will need to email membership@volleyballengland.org, in order that a new VolleyZone account can be set up on their behalf.
