Make the most of National Fitness Day 2023

Next Wednesday, 20th September, everyone across the UK is being encouraged to move their bodies in a way that suits them as part of the most active day of the year.
Whether this is at home, in nature or at a class, taking part in walking, dancing or pilates sessions, everyone is urged to get involved.
As a part of the initiative, many local organisations are offering free/taster sessions where you can try something new.
