Highest CPSU rating for Volleyball England
All national governing bodies and system partners are the subject of regular reviews.
They give the opportunity to review the delivery and impact of the organisation's safeguarding implementation plan, as well as identify areas of progress and areas for development and improvement.
The review considers 10 areas, including policy and procedures, organisational commitment, training, monitoring and compliance, involving children and young people.
“While this review is a statutory requirement, safeguarding is something we continue to take very seriously at Volleyball England and pay a great deal of attention to,” said Rob Payne, Volleyball England’s Safeguarding Lead Officer.
“To receive this rating is very pleasing as it demonstrates what we have put in place is robust and fit for purpose, but, of course, we will continue to regularly review what we have in place to ensure that remains the case.
“I’d like to thank all hub staff and those people outside of the organisation who we work with on safeguarding for their continued support.”
